Life Continues

Yesterday was a day for doctor appointments. Melissa had a root canal done at eight in the morning. She was all worked up on Sunday about it. Turns out it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be. Some soreness and a little sleepy after taking medication. Then in the afternoon, my dad had eye surgery to remove a cataract in his right eye. He is supposed to be re-evaluated today, but Mom says that he could see a little out of the eyepatch that he was wearing last night. I spent the time in-between watching "Casino Royale" and "Star Wars: A New Hope" with Jaxon and Logan. Ashton had his own thing he was doing. Life continues, no matter what we try to do to stop it.
