Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

I came across this recipe for Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and wanted to blog it so I didn't forget it. (1) 16 oz package of purchased fresh pizza dough (1) pound extra lean ground beef (1) green bell pepper, thinly sliced (1) red bell pepper, thinly sliced (.5) onion, thinly sliced (2) tablespoons spicy brown mustard (8) slices provolone cheese (1.75) cups shredded mozzarella cheese (1) teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning 1. Let pizza dough rest and rise according to package directions 2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Press dough into a 16 inch pizza pan or rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, and remove from oven 3. In a large skillet, combine beef, bell peppers and onion; cook over medium heat, stirring often, for 8 minutes or until beef is browned and crumbly and the vegetables are tender. Drain well 4.Spread mustard evenly over prepared pizza crust. Top with provolone cheese, beef mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with steak seasoning. Bake for 8 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cut and eat.
