31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
"And God saw every thing," indicates that God saw in the manner of man..with His eyes. With man being made in the image of God, we know that he has eyes and Moses has told us that he used them to view his entirety of work on Earth. Earth has been prepared for man and man should be satisfied because God has declared, "it was very good."
On each of the previous days, God has given simple approbation. Now, after completing all parts of His work and giving it the final touch he pronounces it as perfectly good. This is His highest achievement, the place for his sons and daughters to live their lives.
If though, He left us a perfect place, why then is there enmity towards Him? Our perfect spirits are able to communicate with our Father, but there comes the rub. Our spirits can be communicated with by Satan. Why is there so much bitterness, anger, prejudice, resentment, doubt, self-pity, vanity, envy, greed, jealousy, pride, and lust? No where in God's Word are these called acceptable. Those traits do not come from God. He did not create these. God is love, perfect love. And he gave us a perfect world. We should be able to conclude as well that these did not come from man, as we were created by that perfect love of God and we were declared perfect by God. The only conclusion that we can make is that Satan created each of these so that he could corrupt God's perfect world.
