     We took Logan and some of his friends bowling to celebrate his birthday.  We had two lanes next to each other and we had bumpers on the lane that the boys were using.  Ashton had just rolled his first ball of the frame and Logan was up on the adjoining lane.  When he rolled the ball, the following ensued:



 

January 2 Photo-a-day Resolution

Resolution - Not mine but the driver of this car.  Her registration expired in April 2012.  Even I have not had the guts to go that long without renewal.  Also, get a new plate.

Pic-a-day January 1 - Maple Bars - 12:01

A Pic-a-day challenge.  My oldest son and I were waiting for midnight to roll around and we had a maple bar recipe that we were itching to try.  We started around 10 pm and had to mix it all up and let it rise.  We waited the hour for it to do that and then cut up the dough and made the bars.  They were great.  We enjoyed them very much and we will try to make that a New Year's tradition from now on.
